6 Natural Exfoliants for Extra Soft Feet

If there is a part of our body that we don’t give much importance to, it’s our feet.

Even if our feet are tired and overworked, we overlook how significant it is to give them the same love and attention we give our faces and hands. So, sit back, enjoy these scrubs and provide those feet with that extra pampering they deserve.

1) Honey and Brown Sugar Scrub

This recipe is proof that honey and brown sugar belong together like two peas in a pod.

To make this scrub, you will need 2 tbsps. Brown or muscovado sugar, and 1 tbsp. Honey. Mix ingredients well, and massage onto your feet, leave for at least 10 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water. You can also opt to apply moisturizer after.

2) Coffee and Sweet Almond Oil Scrub

Coffee is not only an excellent exfoliant, but it also smells great too! 

For this recipe, you’re going to need 1 cup of ground coffee, ½  cup of brown or muscovado sugar, and 2 tbsps. of sweet almond oil.

Mix all the ingredients to form a paste. Apply onto your feet, and leave for about 15 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water.

3) Salt and Coconut Oil Scrub


Give your feet some extra love with this salt and coconut oil scrub. 

To make this, you are going to need ½ cup of coconut oil and 1 cup of sea salt. Put both ingredients in a container and stir until the mixture is homogeneous. Massage onto clean feet and after 15- 20 minutes, rinse with warm water.

4) Brown Sugar and Olive Oil Scrub

Use this brown sugar and olive oil scrub to pamper yourself on your next “Me” day.

For this recipe, you will need 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 tbsps. olive oil and 2 tbsps.baking soda and honey. Mix all the ingredients until it is homogeneous, apply to your feet, and massage for 10 to 15 minutes.

5) Salt, Oatmeal and Aloe Scrub

It may be an unconventional combination of ingredients, but salt, oatmeal, and aloe vera will smooth away those rough patches and moisturize your feet.

To make this scrub,will need ½ cup of oatmeal, ½ cup of aloe vera, and 2 tbsps.of salt. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated well. Once this is done, apply them to your feet.

6) Brown Sugar and Almond Oil Scrub


Forget your old exfoliant, this brown sugar and almond oil scrub will surely be your new fav!

You will only need 2 tbsps.of sugar and 2 tbsps. of almond oil. Mix well and apply onto your feet, massaging in circles and focusing on the areas you get calluses.
